thank you for the kind words and the links. I&#039;ve already downloaded danah&#039;s dissertation, but I haven&#039;t found time to read it yet. Neither have I spent much time looking into the AoIR community, so I&#039;ll have to look into that as well. It&#039;s a field that deserves a more rigorous approach. :-)</description>

Also take a look at The Association of Internet Researchers if you haven&#039;t already - there have been some interesting discussions around ethnography and ethics online.</description>
